North London Reinforcement Community Fund Survey

Communities closest to the Pelham and Waltham Cross substations will each benefit from a dedicated £530,000 Local Fund, designed to support projects and initiatives that reflect local priorities and needs.

Published: 19 October 2026

A survey is available relating to the the North London Reinforcement Community Fund, which has been open over the past six weeks to help understand local priorities and inform how the Fund is developed.
To give more people an opportunity to share their views, we have extended the survey until 31 October 2026.
As you may be aware, the Community Fund will provide more than £3.5 million to support communities hosting eligible infrastructure associated with the North London Reinforcement project. Feedback through the survey will help us understand the issues and priorities that matter locally, the types of projects communities would like to see supported, and how the funding could deliver lasting benefits.
The survey is available here: https://re-url.uk/WGI0
They would be grateful if you could continue to share the survey with local networks and encourage anyone who has not yet taken part to do so before 31 October. They  have attached the digital postcard again should this be useful for onward sharing.
We are also looking at opportunities to speak to people in person before the survey closes and will share further details once these arrangements are confirmed.
If you have any questions about the Community Fund or would like to discuss the project further, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
